Texas’ largest history museum unlocks the hidden treasures of the area’s ancient past, through its paleontology, archeology and geology areas, and showcases Southwest American Indian art pieces from the Taos and Santa Fe schools, and 15th-century firearms. The museum is located 15 minutes south of Amarillo, on the campus of West Texas A&M University.
